5.     Suits of defamation, wrongful arrest, wrongful imprisonment,\r\nmalicious prosecution and seduction.

6.     Petition for divorce, nullification of marriage or separation of\r\nspouses.

7.     Claims concerning the validity of a will.

8.     A claim in which specific performance is sought without\r\nalternative claim for payment of damages, except in the case of a claim for\r\nrendering an account or transferring movable property and disputes arising out\r\nof tenancy agreements not exceeding Shs.10,000,000 in value.
