·        \r\nThe small claims procedure is applicable to claims not exceeding\r\nShs. 10,000,000 in value.

·        \r\nEvery suit shall be instituted in\r\na court in whose jurisdiction the cause of action wholly or in part arises.

·        \r\nIn case of a rental dispute or\r\nclaim, a small claim is instituted in a court in whose jurisdiction the\r\nproperty is situated or where the defendant resides.
