Is the Judgment final?

·    The judgment of the court is\r\nfinal, and cannot be appealed against.

\r\n\r\n

·  However, an aggrieved party may\r\napply for review on grounds of discovery of new and important matters, clerical\r\nerrors, fraud or mistake.

\r\n\r\n

·  The application for review must\r\nbe brought within one year from the date of the recovery of new and important\r\nmatters.

\r\n\r\n

·   If the judgment is against you,\r\nabide by the decision or the court and fulfill any orders against you.

\r\n\r\n

· If the judgment is in your favor,\r\nthe opposing party, known as the judgment-debtor should immediately pay you the\r\namount of the judgment. If she/he does so, give him or her receipt for the\r\namount immediately.

\r\n\r\n

· If the unsuccessful party cannot\r\ncomply with the judgment immediately, ask the court to prepare a schedule for\r\npayment in installment.
